Because our training materials are digital and can be accessed immediately, refunds are limited. However, we aim to be fair and to review reasonable requests, especially in cases of technical issues or accidental duplicate payments.

2. When refunds may be considered

We may consider a partial or full refund in situations such as:

• You were charged twice for the same course or plan by mistake.
• You were unable to access the content due to a technical problem on our side and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time.
• There was a clear error in displayed pricing that affected your purchase.

To request a refund, please contact us promptly at support@comicmentor.com with your name, email, purchase details, and a short explanation.

3. Situations generally not eligible

In general, refunds are not provided in the following cases:

• You completed a substantial portion of the course and simply decided not to continue.
• You expected a specific result (such as publication, contest success, or income) that is not promised by our materials.
• Issues caused by your own device, internet connection, or incompatible software where our platform is working as intended.

We assess each request individually, but we cannot guarantee a refund if the circumstances fall into these categories.

4. How refunds are processed

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and are outside our direct control.
